Main focus of our dedicated team of professionals is to reduce our client’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions. What we attempt to realise for our clients, is saving their energy costs, which equates to saving ongoing costs and GHG emissions. Randall has over 35 years’ experience in the industrial sector beginning his initial schooling at the US Naval Nuclear Power School (USN-MIT joint venture) studying reactor principals, physics, chemistry, electricity and electronics, heat transfer and fluid flow whilst specialising in instrumentation, controls and communications.
Randall’s first job in the private sector was with Johnson Controls in the US working on Building Automation, Fire Alarm & Security Systems. During his working career he has spent the majority of his time with companies such as; NHP in the automation department, Johnson Controls (both here in Australia as well as in the USA) in technical as well as sales roles, Powermation providing extensive engineering in automating processes of all sorts, and Danfoss as the state manager assisting clients on technical applications in the HVAC sector.
Over the past 15 years Randall has focused his energies on Building Automation, Controls, Graphical Interface, Communication and Energy Management regarding the Process Control, Building Services and HVAC/R markets in order to implement the most energy efficient process controls possible.

Rick is an award winning HVAC Professional with over 35 years experience in a diverse range of commercial & industrial HVAC/R solutions.
He is highly competent in the design, installation and maintenance of refrigeration and heating systems including chillers, boilers, package units, process coolers, VRF, VRV and split air conditioning systems.
In addition, he is considered an expert in the application of refrigerant-to-hot-water heat recovery / cogeneration processes; harvesting low, medium and high grade waste energy, culminating in numerous technical industry articles on the topic.
His over-arching ethos is to provide pragmatic solutions that work within the clientele confines, removing barriers and providing “real” results that stand on their own merits.

Tony is a highly motivated senior executive manager with over 20 years’ experience in Operations, Human Resources and Financial management in the Facility, Education and Sport & Recreation sectors. He has built strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders including Federal, State and Local Government as well as commercial partners to deliver positive outcomes for organisations through dynamic leadership.
Tony has been responsible for leading teams to deliver Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, ICT, Administration and overall Facility Management for small to medium organisations containing a diverse customer base and broader community stakeholders. Tony has delivered on best possible outcome and performance for organisations in capacity building, government funding and relations, core business growth, revenue, participation and events and joint usage facility business operating models.
Tony has delivered on a range of projects, from finance system and program implementation, organisational restructure, to large scale infrastructure developments and operational upgrades.
In the past 3 years, representing the YMCA Victoria, Tony worked in partnership with the City of Casey on the major redevelopment project at the Casey Stadium in South East suburbs of Melbourne to deliver one of the most state of the art multi-sport indoor sporting facilities in Victoria

Ben WisemanTechnical Support Officer
Matthew is a graduate Environmental Engineer from Monash University and has a passion for sustainability. Minimisation and management of energy use is of extreme importance to him and the community as a whole. His engineering degree has given him a good basis of knowledge in civil and chemical engineering, energy use and production, analysis and report writing. In 2016 Matthew worked for Monash University in the Planning team of the Buildings and Property Division. In this role he worked with the Mechanical Asset Engineer to oversee the planning stages for the installation and upgrades of mechanical assets within buildings across all Monash campuses. The mapping skills he learnt through his studies enabled him to further develop his work with North East Ecology, a small consultancy specialising in ecological assessment. Matthew worked with North East Ecology for field assessments on a casual basis for about 8 years. Within his field work was included vegetation identification, mapping, Habitat Hectare assessment; also providing GIS and IT support. Since completing his studies Matthew has spent some time focusing on a variety of hobbies, primarily vegetable growing, which has been a showcase of both his creativity and project management skills. His creativity evolved whilst coming up with a logical, accessible and effective layout of his garden; deciding what to grow and how much to grow; and how to set up an efficient watering system. It then progressed to a point of continual improvement, whereby noticing small opportunities for change can lead to better time and water efficiency, improved soil health and better plant and vegetable quality.
