Tony is a highly motivated senior executive manager with over 20 years’ experience in Operations, Human Resources and Financial management in the Facility, Education and Sport & Recreation sectors. He has built strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders including Federal, State and Local Government as well as commercial partners to deliver positive outcomes for organisations through dynamic leadership.
Tony has been responsible for leading teams to deliver Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, ICT, Administration and overall Facility Management for small to medium organisations containing a diverse customer base and broader community stakeholders. Tony has delivered on best possible outcome and performance for organisations in capacity building, government funding and relations, core business growth, revenue, participation and events and joint usage facility business operating models.
Tony has delivered on a range of projects, from finance system and program implementation, organisational restructure, to large scale infrastructure developments and operational upgrades.
In the past 3 years, representing the YMCA Victoria, Tony worked in partnership with the City of Casey on the major redevelopment project at the Casey Stadium in South East suburbs of Melbourne to deliver one of the most state of the art multi-sport indoor sporting facilities in Victoria

Ben has worked with PHP, Mysql and Linux in the backend of systems for over 20 years to collect data in an efficient manner and calculate various information required for analysis. Ben has also managed contractors to implement the systems for many clients over the years. Ben supports clients with technical issues and helps resolve them through systems development, implementation and support. Ben works within many programming environments such as Linux, Windows, Apple systems and various virtualisation software improving reliability by simplifying design and removing unnecessary hardware. He has also incorporated new hardware technologies into CarbonetiX solutions through software development improving or implementing features at customers request or pre-emptively by seeing a need for them in the market. Ben has developed our Real time energy monitoring system. For the product front end he worked with various software technologies to implement new system using HTML5, CSS, PHP, Ajax and Javascript to provide a high performance client/server side system to deliver information in the form of graphs to clients accessing the system.

Ben has over 18 years industry experience with a strong work ethic, and is a dedicated, honest, reliable and trustworthy team member. His excellent knowledge and skill set of cloud-based service programs ensures he is well organized with attention to detail and diligent in meeting deadlines. Ben is self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team taking initiative where appropriate. Ben is highly skilled in providing customer service with a positive and professional manner.
He has worked in a variety of areas, including project and account management, commercial/industrial/domestic installation and service, essential service maintenance, estimation, practical application of BMS programs, technical support, training and mentoring.
He has experience working on mechanical services in facilities such as swimming pools, community centers, animal holding areas and laboratories, including those that are PC3 certified.
Benjamin has extensive knowledge and experience of process and central plant equipment, along with project management. He is committed to working with clients to find solutions that are environmentally sound and practical for the application.

As part of his university placement, he conducted a type 2 energy audit and proposed energy-efficient initiatives to the Department of Justice and Community Safety. In addition, he created a sophisticated Excel toolkit to analyse and forecast the user’s energy demand, current and expected GHG emissions, and estimated solar PV savings potential based on simple input data.

Yvonne graduated with a Master of Engineering (Sustainable Energy) at RMIT University, where she competed her thesis on Unitised Reversible Fuel Cell. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineer).
Yvonne has worked as a Warranty Specialist and Technical Support Consultant in solar energy industry. She is responsible for the assessment of hardware, software and network relating issues on solar power systems. She also assisted customers by telephone to diagnose problems with their solar power systems, provided technical support, and where necessary liaise with electricians in order to solve more complex technical problems.
Prior to her work in Australia, she worked as a Bumping Process Engineer in semiconductor industry. Her responsibilities in the company has developed her troubleshooting ability in the context of the diverse processes of semiconductor manufacturing across the plant, especially in the coating and photomasking processes.
Yvonne now focuses her skills on energy industry, where she believes she can have a positive influence on sustainable development. She is currently in charge of city councils’ utility management. She identifies excess energy usage, better tracking utility costs, measuring inconsistencies, implementing energy saving policies and saves ongoing costs.
To keep track of the large quantity of information, she developed database systems to track energy usage using monthly interval utility data and creating alerts for ease of use. Often site investigations were undertaken to gather firsthand data, from there determining causes for excess usage of energy.

Throughout his building services career, Moez oversaw daily on-site work as well as the construction and commissioning of HVAC and firefighting systems. He worked on projects worth $75M+ as a consultant and contractor engineer. Moez was responsible for testing as well as analysing the design and technical standards for mechanical services. He oversaw the work of 250+ people, promoting and monitoring on-site health and safety practises and collaborating with other departments to meet projects requirements successfully.
Moez is interested in the role of HVAC systems in phasing out gas and reducing carbon emissions. He conducted technical feasibility reports for clients looking to transition their buildings from natural gas to electric alternatives and natural refrigerants. Moez has helped clients verify and assess HVAC systems designs and select suitable environment-friendly HVAC and water heating systems.

Ben has worked with PHP, Mysql and Linux in the backend of systems for over 20 years to collect data in an efficient manner and calculate various information required for analysis. Ben has also managed contractors to implement the systems for many clients over the years. Ben supports clients with technical issues and helps resolve them through systems development, implementation and support. Ben works within many programming environments such as Linux, Windows, Apple systems and various virtualisation software improving reliability by simplifying design and removing unnecessary hardware. He has also incorporated new hardware technologies into CarbonetiX solutions through software development improving or implementing features at customers request or pre-emptively by seeing a need for them in the market. Ben has developed our Real time energy monitoring system. For the product front end he worked with various software technologies to implement new system using HTML5, CSS, PHP, Ajax and Javascript to provide a high performance client/server side system to deliver information in the form of graphs to clients accessing the system.

Tony is a highly motivated senior executive manager with over 20 years’ experience in Operations, Human Resources and Financial management in the Facility, Education and Sport & Recreation sectors. He has built strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders including Federal, State and Local Government as well as commercial partners to deliver positive outcomes for organisations through dynamic leadership.
Tony has been responsible for leading teams to deliver Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, ICT, Administration and overall Facility Management for small to medium organisations containing a diverse customer base and broader community stakeholders. Tony has delivered on best possible outcome and performance for organisations in capacity building, government funding and relations, core business growth, revenue, participation and events and joint usage facility business operating models.
Tony has delivered on a range of projects, from finance system and program implementation, organisational restructure, to large scale infrastructure developments and operational upgrades.
In the past 3 years, representing the YMCA Victoria, Tony worked in partnership with the City of Casey on the major redevelopment project at the Casey Stadium in South East suburbs of Melbourne to deliver one of the most state of the art multi-sport indoor sporting facilities in Victoria
