Philip is an IT professional that automates processes and helps keep the day to day IT systems running smoothly. Philip has been automating the bill processing functions for several of our clients which saves hours of resources and identifies thousands of dollars worth of savings based on past usage and comparison techniques. Recently he developed an automated report whereby he wrote macros to perform the tasks automatically saving hours each day. The goal of the project was to take the manual processes we were carrying out and automate them. The initial report was done in Microsoft Excel and was a summation of results and forecasts from the operating software the company was using.
