Ken is an experienced Project Manager, delivering projects for financial services in airline, FMCG and government clients including ANZ Bank, Coles Supermarkets, Jetstar Airways and the Victorian State Government.
Throughout his career as a Communications Specialist and Project Manager Ken has been relied upon to translate corporate concepts and directives into workable strategies and deliverables. During his career, Ken has delivered projects within and outside of Australia, led project teams and initiatives comprising of internal, external and offshore resources, and been effective in resolving conflicts and risks that threaten project delivery and outcome effectiveness.
Ken’s extensive experience is complemented with studies and accreditations in project management, methodologies and leadership which has been well utilized in managing the planning, design, risk and delivery of various infrastructure, application integration, network and performance optimisation projects in many complex, business critical environments and situations.
